We offer Day Habilitation Programs in a member's home or in out-of-home, non-facility settings Located in Hemet, CA . Specifically designed for individuals with developmental disabilities and intellectual disabilities, our programs assist members in acquiring, retaining, and improving self-help, socialization, and adaptive skills necessary for successful living in their natural environment.
Our day Habilitation Program services include, but are not limited to, training on:
- The use of public transportation;
- Personal skills development in conflict resolution;
- Community participation;
- Developing and maintaining interpersonal relationships;
